How much does your service cost?
Each request is quoted individually. Your quote includes the price of the item, any US sales tax, our service fee, shipping and insurance, so you know the total before deciding. Requesting a quote is free and without obligation.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Some products (for example spirits, perfume, supplements, batteries or certain foods) are subject to carrier rules and import regulations in your country, and some destinations are restricted by US sanctions; we check this before sending you a quote.
How do I know the products are authentic?
We buy from official brand stores, authorized retailers or sellers that you have approved. We keep the original receipt, packaging and documents (warranty cards, certificates) and ship them with your item.
Do I have to pay US sales tax?
The United States has no national VAT. Sales tax is set by each state and city and is usually added at checkout. Some states, such as Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon, have no general sales tax, and some exempt clothing. Where it makes sense we buy where the tax is lowest; your quote always shows the exact amount.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
Import duties and taxes (such as VAT) in your country are generally paid by the recipient on arrival. We prepare accurate customs documents and, for some destinations, can quote a delivery with duties prepaid.
Are there US export restrictions?
Most consumer goods can be exported freely. Some items, such as weapons and their parts, certain high-tech equipment and anything bound for sanctioned countries, are restricted by US export rules. We check every request and only ship what can legally be exported.
